I agree but I just didn't want 3 nominees from my team. I think I could've had Burrows (2m), Dubinsky (1.85m), Brown (3.75m), & Jimmy Howard (717k). I was the underpaid team.

Because when a player isn't on their ELC it means they've negotiated a contract based on actual pro play. ELC contracts are more about where you were drafted compared to standard contracts that some substance to the term and price signed for. We've had this argument last year and the list would go on and on and on and on if we included all players on ELCs.

Backes and Callahan are superior players, I don't care if they made 2 million more or not, it isn't even close, IMO. Furthermore, Boyle never played on the Rangers 4th line...He started on the third, and was a regular in the top 6 for most of the season due to injury.

Also, I'm pretty sure Yandle is still on his ELC, given that he is only 24, and set to become an RFA this summer. Grabo should replace him in the vote.

I stand corrected, Boyle is essentially the same player as Backes statistically, he is the hands down best bargain.

His draft status is what threw me off, I didn't think the Yotes gave an ELC to a 19 year old 4th rounder.
