Sources tell me that rookie GM Bill is nearing a deal with his counterpart in Miami. It is believed that Bill is looking to move a big name defenceman for help up front. Scottie Upshall, Viktor Stalberg, and Gilbert Brule are among the players Bill seems to be targeting. While what Chris is looking for in return is unknown, likely candidates include offensive rearguards Tomas Kaberle and Lubomir Visnovsky.
