I fucking hate the East, who do I have to speak to about changing conferences?

No switching.. unless you want to literally trade teams with someone. There will be no more relocation.

The parity is horrible between conferences, this is something the CC needs to consider...

Each Conference Top 4 is equal (outside of NJD), each conferences Bottom 6 is equal.

It's only middle 5 teams where there is a big difference. Only one team in the East that didn't make the playoffs, would have made it in the West.

With a random schedule, it won't matter about divisions and conferences during the regular season.

I think this is wrong.. but still. Imagine how much better I would've been if I was in the West? Probably add 20 more wins to my regular season total. Same can be said about WSH, TBL, BOS, TOR, etc..

That is complete crap...I was 6th in the East, and according to breakdown was the 3rd best team in the league. Over a full season against shit teams in the West I'd probably challenge Scott for first overall.

WE NEED TO BALANCE THE CONFERENCES PLEASE!

So do I...Weakens the East, and strengthens the West. It greatly improves the parity in the league.

lol no thanks. i dont back down from a fight like kareem here. you can have him so he doesnt have to face scott/nick next year (which is the only reason this has been brought up).

I don't want Shiv, Kareem or Scott switching conferences... revenge is a dish best served cold.

I'll make a better schedule, and will ask for more self-checking and help balancing after i get the general format worked out.

To "balance" power in BBKL the only division that can afford to lose a team is the NE. The SE would be a disgrace if Kareem went to the West. The NE has 5 good teams.

As long as it balances the conferences, than yes I am down. But like I told Nick on MSN, I think it's going to take more than one switch.
