Awarded to the GM who best characterizes the attributes of a car salesman in that they are able to attract others to acquire their assets, often, and at a good price

I still gotta give this one to Scott.
Time and time again he gets WAY more than he should for certain players.
I'll look for more examples, but just look at the Perron for Perry deal. Are you kidding me?
Although an argument for Mike is definitely a serious consideration.
Kareem is probably my 3rd choice. He or Shiv.
I'll get a more concise answer soon. Just creating discussion now.

Scott ( Anyone in this league knows impossibl to trade with just like a car salesman alwas thinks that you have to overpay.)
Shiv ( Sometimes has no concept of how he trades which is the same as a salesman its all about sell, sell, sell.)
Bcool ( Car salesman always tries to control people so it must be nice that he always has an extra team to help his trades through.)
