named goalie of the tourny yet still went undrafted and we are the ones who are crazy for not offering up a 2nd...I love the guy but not for a 2nd.

Super duper nice guy, but wearing pads which are way to big by NHL rules and lacking both size and athleticism combine to make him a tough sell.

Probably. He's got great positioning and is still an interesting prospect considering how good he's doing even with his flaws. However, I doubt he's worth a 2nd.

the way he is playing i think he is. the only thing between Canada and a guaranteed win today is Conz.

anyone watching the Canada game right now is watching exactly why Conz is worth a 2nd.

it doesn't necessarily mean he can do this with bigger bodies infront of him in the nhl. I'm not going to lie though he has nice vision and positioning.

Jaroslav Janus is a prime example why hot WJC goalies aren't worth a 2nd...But unlike Conz, Janus had great numbers in the minors, and elite athleticism.

Goalies are not worth 2nd round draft picks. They are too much of an unknown thing. That is unless you have a no miss prospect like Fleury, Price etc. Guys that you know will for sure play in the NHL.
