I watch most of them online, the Lesnar v. Velasquez was one of the few I actually paid for, and that's only because most streams were snuffed out by Zuffa.

Sopcast has been solid for me in all but one card in the last two years, and veetle on atdhe.net is reliable as well.

No you don't want to go the source site. You need to visit the passworded sites where the admins are actively adding high quality streams. They do all the work. I'll post links with passwords on Saturday night.

I hope so, but lately GSP hasn't been able to stop anyone. He's too much of a controlled fighter who looks for the win first, and the stoppage second.
