It's directed at multiple people, you are not the only one without one.

To clarify EVERYONE needs to upload their team logo as an avatar, or a hot girl with the teams jersey on, either is acceptable.

I think you are mistaken. You mean the Flyers. I've seen some of the Bruins fans of the female variety. Very nice. This is the Flyers number one fan
