Yep. Wilson has been seeing limited action lately and not contributing to my lineup. Powe is one of the better defensive forwards in the game and still getting some points playing on third line in PHI. I have lost a lot of SHTOI this season so i need to recover it. Zetterberg and Bourque dont seem to be killing penalties anymore. Elliot is the wildcard. He is on a point per game pace in WHL but alot of reports had him not looking very good in camp and regressing in development ( i tell myself this so it doesnt look so bad ) I'm happy with what i did. I will be rebuilding in 2013 and i still have lots of young guys. All is good in beantown. I think this trade makes me better once i can make a couple more moves to fit him in. I have a feeling will be losing Caron to the minors. Savard coming back makes that a strong possibility.
Powe is third in the league for forwards in SHTOI and 7th in BS for forwards, top 20 for Hits and he has 9 points so far. I'm happy.
I agree. It was an offer Mike couldn't really refuse. It helps me now and Mike gets a nice piece. I look at Powe as an under-rated high contributor to periphery stats. Its good to go up against the elite team like Scott to find out where you need improvement. Powe helps me in a few departments. It also doesnt hurt that he is playing third line with Giroux and Carter ES.bryshook wroteCOLONmr. bruin wroteCOLONRaptactics wroteCOLONReally?

Stefan Elliot was cut after rookie camp in Colorado this year and looked absolutely terrible in the rookie games. Not a good sign for a kid that highly touted, not even making the main camp when you did the year before.....yikes.
That being said, I've watched enough of him in Saskatoon to know this kids upside is huge. He is riskier than once thought but still a legit prospect. Big win mike.
