no.. cliffy just hasnt posted and last login was a long time ago. we're not handing these out like cookies people, its merely to make a more professional way to give people the boot. More or less, gives them a chance atleast to straighten up.

Is this a new offense or was this from before?

I take no offense by being on that list...the CC thought I was making bad moves and I faced up to it and was granted a second chance.

Do I ever clear my record or am I permanently on probation?

Each warning is on your record for 6 months, after which time it is erased, and the three strike rule is started over.
