The Montreal Canadiens...Stastically the 6th best team in BBKL, how is this possible? Who saw it coming? Discuss.

Yeah, the Kings should be a lot better but his squad will come around, we're only a month in...

I've talked multiple times with Chuck about him being a sleeper pick depending on Price. His skaters are solid, they can score, they hit peripheries. Bonafide playoff team for sure.

Yeah dude, I'm worried about his team this week, but it provides my team with an excellent opportunity to prove itself with a big W.

Standings don't mean a whole lot, especially this early in the season where difficulty of matchups have varied so greatly. Not disputing the legitimacy of teams like Pits and NJD, but they have faced inferior compeition to this point in the season.

i agree,

Kareem and i have had a lot tougher road thus far.

That being said, my team needs to start playing better, hopefully the moves i've made the past 2 weeks start to pay off.

Anyone care to do a strength of schedule ranking? ;)

I know in Scott's case, he's gotten a little fat on me and Lee...a pair of 15-0-1 weeks...and he bombed the Isles 16-0-0. The Rangers and Pens have been able to dent the armor but not pierce it.

Too early to say that by looking at the standings. Look at breakdown in the standings section on cbs, imo thats the best way to see how teams actually stack up.

I know i wouldn't consider my schedule to start very easy at all, and it will continue facing NJ and SJ in next 3 weeks. I have two ties under my belt. Facing OTT, MTL, TOR, BUF, FLA, NJ, SJ, WAS in first 8 weeks is fucking insane...

I give you full credit for where you are, you've had to endure a war, much like the rest of us.

Ditto, I want to win from having good weeks and not from having bad opponents.

Although I've heard the playoffs are a fun place to be.

How can you believe this to be true for example you have to face your division opponents twice now granted that gets you stuc facing Scott twice but then at the same time you get Philly and the NYI no offense to the owners of those teams but those seem like very easy matchups for you. Then look at the division I am in where Boston is by far the best team and mine is the worst team, he gets to face all of us twice and I believe my team is better than the two bad teams in your division so I dont think you can say everything is always even for the top teams.

I resent that remark, I tied Boston thank you very much! ;)
