How? you got the best player by some margin... rather unlikely that a 3rd or a 6th ever become as good as he is.

Rivet is 36 years old on the last year of his contract.

Mursak is a solid Wings prospect but is buried in the minors. The draft pick is probably going to be the more valuable piece in this deal.

right now he is a 36yrs old D making 3.5M to be a healthy scratch.
Hopefully for Arian he will be back contributing. For that to happen though, he will need to stop playing like CRAP.
