Waivers opened [please read for clarification]

With rosters being declared all teams should be compliant (50 contracts, 60 players total, under-28 and 75/150 GP if in minors).

If you have players in your minors who are waiver eligible and you haven't declared them as such WE WILL WAIVE THEM FOR YOU. This time you won't be punished for it. In the future these will be punishable offenses.

If you have players that you tried to drop but are contracted you may be over the 60-player cap. In that case you have until 9PM tonight to waive these guys instead. In the period these players are waived they will not count against your limit (giving you the benefit of the doubt that they will be claimed). You should, however, assume that these players will not be claimed. Please prepare for this by dropping players without contracts. Once again, if by 9PM tomorrow these players are not claimed and thus back on your reserve list we (CC/admins) will drop non-contracts on your behalf.
