Long time Eagles fan here... really enjoying the start to this season

nice Nick, my good friend is a die hard Eagles man. Vick is looking fucking sweet. He is scary but he is a fantasy beast. Not many rushing QB's that put up numbers like that. I think hes quite exciting. The D has been a huge disappointment imo. That will change though...

I didn't have high expectations on this season... TBH I've liked McNabb for so long I'm enjoying his success, even if it will end in week 8 LOL


Not to be a HUUUGGGGEEE band-wagoner... but I've always liked watching the pocket passers, Manning/Brady/Palmer ... 6'5"+ guys who throw beautiful passes, manage an offence with scary precision... Not to sound overly poetic, but in a different life I can see them being Lieutenant-Commanders or w/e, small-field tactics, more then capable in their own right. The parallels to early war tactics and American Football is a really neat aspect of the game.


But ya, Vick is wicked awesome, and I think I've forgiven him for the dog stuff.. people make mistakes, ideally he learned... that time in jail and fall from grace is a hefty price no doubt. But I do love dogs.

I've been a Pats fan before the superbowls, so still a huge fan of them. Their defense though has to improve if they want to win anything this season.

Otherwise, couple teams I like here and there but not to the same level.

Im a huge football fan, mostly NCAA GO GATORS! but i like the NFL too. I am a colts fan but now with the recent draft/signging of gator legend TIMMY TEBOW! i am also following the broncos now. Which is kinda funny cause its IND vs DEN this week! lol

I didnt have a favorite team so I started loving the colts because of their logo when I was very young and bam next thing you know manning was drafted there and has made it very easy to stay loyal. My second fav team is the giants....had to laugh when they made the trade to get eli.

I didnt have a favorite team so I started loving the colts because of their logo when I was very young and bam next thing you know manning was drafted there and has made it very easy to stay loyal. My second fav team is the giants....had to laugh when they made the trade to get eli.

I'm surrounded by giants and Jets fans. I even had a chick trying to chirp me last week. At the end of the day, fuck you all Tom Brady is awesome. Him Welker and Moss are insane. Unfortunately they are totally fucked up at running back now.. eh.

Eagles fan.. Vick will have a good week in Jacksonville but prepare for him to get ripped apart by the Skins defence the following week. Just doesn't have the accuracy and consistency in the passing game to last against a strong defence who'll be ready for him. The fact that our o-line is poor doesn't help either.

It's unusual the 'Boys are where they are. They better get their heads out of their asses and start playing some football. They were pathetic against the Skins in week 1 and they lost to the fuckin Bears, unbelievable. But I have faith, bring on the red hot Texans and let's make a statement!!

Chicago Bears fan - not hardcore or anything - but a fan nonetheless ... the first ever football game I went to was against Brett Favre and the Packers at Soldier Field in the snow. Froze my ass off, but some really awesome fans ... god it was great.

After spending a year there. I can safely say no sporting event quite compares to top level soccer fans. I know I know you think its boring etc. But holy fuck the fans are insane. Grandmas and kids maybe 5 all yelling swearing going fucking nuts. If the team scores you can hear it ACROSS the city EASILY. You can hear the songs and chants in the streets, and game days there are more people in jerseys/shirts than without. Its really something to behold.

The only thing I can think that would compare is NCCA football in a huge stadium (Big House, Penn etc.)

DIE HARD CHARGERS FAN. I have like 7 charger jerseys..an autographed LT helmet..and a framed autographed LT TCU jersey.

And i'm going to San Diego this November for my first ever charger game live!!! pumped

Charger fan aside..I'm a huge NFL fan and love betting on football. I'm basically glued to the computer/tv (sunday ticket) on Sundays...

Miles Austin is such a beast. The thing with the Cowboys is that they always give up on running the ball half way through the game. By the latter half of the game..everyone knows what they're going to do. It's unfortunate too cause they have 3 top notch running backss. Jason Garrett needs to get his act together!
