Funny, my reaction was that it was a pretty expensive deal for Timo Meier, Ryan Suzuki and a 1st? Josh must think really highly of Bolduc, otherwise it looks expensive.

I love Meier in this format, I'm jealous.

I'm open to making value trades.

San Jose is going to be atrocious for the next couple of seasons, they don't have any defensemen that actually play defense well and they have traded away so many draft picks to try and get Jumbo a cup they have a horrible talent pipeline. They are going to have very limited cap flexibility because of so many large contracts and too top it off they aren't terribly talented down the middle so Meier is going to have a tough time keeping that production high

I'm enjoying the newly engaged Ltcompton. Always nice to have some fresh opinions. Tony is a die hard Sharks fan (I think unless Vegas is winning him over) who usually puts a premium on their players so that's why a few of us are a little surprised at the trade.
