If Carpenter is in the price range...I'll offer Matt Nieto. Similar stats to Carpenter...doesn't get the faceoffs but he's 2 years younger...salary of $1.95 million.

I don't have a lot of (decent) forwards under $5 million. I wouldn't trade Burakovsky for Simmonds.
