Are we assuming the team for which they play for ONLY has those two starting? If so then Dubnyk... if not then Saros because he puts up better numbers when he does play... because well.. Dubnyk is bad at hockey.

It's a fairly simple question. It's a matter of who you think is a more valuable player. Considering this is a dynasty league, talent, age, contract, situation, depth chart status, performance, etc everything should be considered.

I'd say dubnyk. If saros can take a starting job for a year and do well then him. But lots of part time goalies put up great stats, get a full time job, and crash.

Dubnyk has a great contract for what he currently brings to bbkl.

Assuming Dubnyk still gets the lion's share of the starts, he has more value - and quite easily IMO. Saros is not guaranteed any starts. His age and team he plays behind plays against him in this case. Until a goalie is the starter, his value isn't worth what is being asked of IMO.

If Saros was the starter - his value is immense. But that won't be for another year or two. Until then, he's a really good backup with potential. Anyone who pays 7th overall + for him is crazy. Then again, I'm new.

I guess the difference between Markstrom/Rinne and Miller/Saros is that the firsts are starters whereas the latters are backups

I like Markstrom but Josh has made it clear that Demko is not available so meh.

I did offer Lee Georgiev if he went out and acquired Hank, but that was a sound no. Doesn't seem like the options he likes are the options available. Gonna have to bit the bullet eventually.

I think the goalie market isn't as bad as people think. Lots of people selling goalies and not a lot buying. I only need like 10 bad goalie gp. Eventually I may grab a cheap goalie, but not really interested atm. There is a ton of time.
