Added a player who will log minutes and add cap without trading a roster player... not too easy to do here.

Sbisa is gonna get a good amount of minutes in Vegas, and he already puts up top-level periphs. The concerns for me were his cap hit and his viability as a long-term NHL top6 player.

I'm not even sure he is in their top 6 right now.
