This was never finished and put to rest. It was brought up but no outcome announced that I know of. I was of the impression standings adjustments should apply to Waiver draft as well as Entry since it is a standings adjustment and not a fine so it makes no sense to do one without the other. But will wait for an announcement since it effects my pick as well.

If it is indeed a standings adjustment and not a fine then why apply it only to one and not the other? Only applying to one makes it seem like a fine and punishment.
