Weird that he is moving zatkoff instead of murray or maf tho. One of those guys will get taken in expansion.

His stats are consistently good every year for a decade

And his gaa was almost a full goal higher than Murray and half a goal higher than MAF. He is not that good and backing up one of the best and most reliable goalies in the league. How do you figure that guy is worth a 1st with no chance of being a starter? LOL! People are dumb I swear.

Its the same thing every offseason with goalies, that's the price the market dictates here usually.

its a 2 round upgrade, not just zatkoff. I thought it's pretty reasonable. maybe not, happy to discuss. But basically i'm saying I'd rather add to zatkoff to get a piece I want (aka a 1st over just a 2nd straight).

Don't think that is = to a 2nd. 1st rounders have a much greater value.

It's Mike's goalie, he has assets but I do agree it's a big price for Zatkoff.
