Mike is putting in so much effort to go all the way he's gonna be who I cheer for come playoff time. I think he wins his divisional matchup, and will be in tough against Toronto/buffalo.

deal needs to be re-worked (or at least needs its text edited):
-cannot trade assets potentially owed ( involved) in a condition from previous deals
-cannot put a condition over another one
