still 4th in Central Division, 11th overall, and a lame 6th position in the Western Conference... and with the goalie system out injured.. not the regular season I was hoping for.

I'm sure it was a bitch to set up but I think the multiple matchup format has worked great this year.

My team is so terrible. Only bright spot is goaltenders. Starting to feel like rebuilding is a bad idea. No one seems to get out of it, and the majority of the guys just trying to compete actually do have pretty good to great teams without rebuilding.

My advice is rebuild until you have enough assets to change gears. Then you take advantage of teams in cap trouble and look to acquire players on the cheap when GMs want picks/prospects. Can't just go from rebuilder to contender unless you have accumulated enough assets to make it work. I think you have to continue to be patient and stockpile for the time being.

I still offer to rebuild another team if any of the lower ranked teams want to change.

Yup, I doubt management lets me due to the logistics of it but it's an open offer. Preferably it would be a problem team, one with constantly changing management.

U should at least make the playoffs once with the team you have been rebuilding for years, before making that offer?
