He's cost controlled. And produces in 3 important stat categories for defensemen. But Yea. I don't understand the large outpour of interest either.

Right in my wheel house. Young productive D, not too expensive and more sure of a spot than some of my 6ths Ds like Meszaros, Trotman, Manning, Hillen, Witkowski and Samuelsson

All talk is Trotman starting on the first pairing with Chara, I just don't see him sticking there.

Lol, the Bruins D-Core is in complete shambles. Anything is possible there. I am not sure where there has been talk of Trotman making opening lineup though. Even without Franson signed. Colin Miller or Joe Morrow has the upper hand on Trotman but who knows i guess....Either way, Bruins D is UGLY....

Chara
Seidenberg
Krug
McQuaid

then its anyone's guess for 2 spots and #7:

Kevan Miller
Colin Miller
Matt Irwin
Zach Trotman
Joe Morrow

Lol @ quoting hf
Bro anyone who's read enuff bruins hf knows it's the 4 mentioned above as a sure thing. Trotman is a pipe dream to be given 82 games it's just that he's youngest and brightest quote unquote so all "knowledgeable" bruins hockey fans WANT to see him up but that's not gonna happen lol cuz in real nhl Waiver eligible guys are the guys who play and those loved by management (ie Miller who's also a clear fan gave energy motivator guy who also is responsible at defense) so Miller is likely to be a sure thing. Already many agreeable consensus hes actually charas partner most chunk of season.

It's not to say Trotman sucks but he's just easier to be dealt up and down the minors and can use more development anyway the bruins are in no rush lol

NHL clubs aren't run by guys like mik where he thinks all talent should be the primary factor in earning a spot lol

It's a discussion by the fans of the team, not like I was quoting Sweeney. There's a reason I called him a potential 6th dman for me and not a lock for a top 2 spot in the NHL.
