Yes I trade for the sake of trading. Kinda insane for me to have to advertise these youngsters so hard all summer. Aren't most teams wanting to always get younger and better? Give me older guys but in their prime and contributing massive stats because my guys are actually BEFORE their prime

consistent 65 point winger who could be on McDavid's wing moving forward and a first rounder for a 50 point winger who had been on Chicago's top 2 superlines previously, but now wont be - Why wouldn't he take that offer?

He went to university. he lead his team in points by a decent margin. Next year he will likely be close to leading his AHL team in points in just his 2nd pro season. Definitely not trash.
