Time sensitivity is due to roster lock more than anything. Nothing is completely sorted yet, been a couple inquiries late here on different players.

I never said that. There was a lot of frantic chatter with multiple parties as we approached the roster lock yesterday. And more than once it appeared that I almost had a deal done, but nothing came to be.
