Saves were dropped from last year, correct?

All are correct except we're adding PPGFWOI (power play goals for while on ice) not TIA

and i thought the only change announced before is only switching saves --> points?

I thought the only change was removing saves for points as well. I may be wrong though, but thats all I remember being officially agreed to.

I swear I remember this was want we agreed on, but I haven't researched it.. I could be wrong?

The above are the stats i was told we're officially going to use for next season and supposedly in the future.. seem the same ones posted by Shoalzie.
I guess those should be added here somewhere..

I was thinking that 'total points in, saves out' was the only change with our stats. I was going to put a spreadsheet together with last year's stats and I was going to use as tool for all the leagues I'm in. I'm in a couple leagues that use the peripheral stats like hits so it would be handy to keep that information somewhere so I can quickly reference it.

Alright cool.. so take away saves and add pts.. sweet, easy enough. The whole time I thought PPGFWOI but I can totally live without it.. my team isn't that great offensively anyway!!

well im not sure its something a lot of people would be opposed too, but just something that was not agreed on.

i for sure would be against it.
First, PPGFWOI is a non-sense stat.
Second, i would oppose any change of stats going against what was established (no matter if the horrible PPGWOI stat could favourite my team).
