Thanks Thom . Thom and I have been chatting about his plans with the Caps all summer. And this allows me to participate in BBKL without doing most of the work, which I don't have time for the foreseeable future.

You don't realize how much of a contender you have with that team. It will be a top 5 team for years to come and could win a championship (though I'm not aware of all the moves you've made since you took over).
