Waiver Claim Rules
* Teams can make only one waiver claim per 24 hour period.
* Teams can't place claims on their own waived players.
* Successful claims move team to the bottom of the priority list.
* Per the new CBA, players that clear waivers and are assigned to a minor league team DON'T have to clear re-entry waivers.

The reverse standings from last year is the initial priority order when we started the season. That's how it was last year.

The initial starting point, yes. In the NHL they change in November or whatever to the current standings.

That is true but I'm just following suit from when Mike did this. We started with last year's standings and anyone with a successful claim goes to the bottom of the list. I think we can discuss that as a change...shouldn't be too difficult to do. Can't change now with 5 weeks to go.
