So I climbed a MOUNTAIN for some reason...
decided to throw on a backpack and climb a big ass mountain today.
pretty tough climb w/ no gear. just our bags w/ some lunch/water.
climb up took about 1.5 hours...down about 45 mins.
and then the moment we realized we had to climb back down...
going down...
fuuuuuuu
the end.

...actually he'll tell you that i barely scratched my foot but to me it was a near death experience.
lol but it was SICK. we went behind the falls and there were caves and what not. it was insane.

thats not a mountain, clearly a hill
but I guess to you easterners thats called a mountain.
this is the view from a proper mountain (I was here, not this skilled a photographer though, gotta give credit to my former class-mate Martin, now a prof in the land down under):
fyi, thats downtown vancouver.

its a ski resort... and to be fair I snow-mobiled up the last 1/8th... make no mistake, its like 5-10x the height.... those are 40+ story buildings that are barely in sight. .. and Martin is clearly a gifted photographer (on top of that he's an engineer (mech), masters in process engineering, MBA & PhD in IS).
ps-> i've also done MOUNT FINLAYSON @ GOLDSTREAM PROVINCIAL PARK... which is like a 1/2 km vertical climb...really kick ass, but not pictures to show as evidance.

LOL i love how you threw in martin's (whoever he is) resume even though it has nothing to with what we're talkin about. and snowmobiling does not compare to climbing a mountain without equipment LOL.facey wroteCOLON
