PIT/MIN Compensation for Hong

Not sure if I'm allowed to just "send" Hong a player. But this is from the dispute Hong and I had over the summer - McCarron was the guy he was going to draft. I hope it's okay that I send him the player? If not I can have Hong send me a 7th or something lol.
