I offered a fair bit for Eriksson before the season started. Pretty sure Wheeler was the main piece but cap concerns were the block. I hope I am wrong but I think Shep sold high while he could. Eriksson is haring a hard transition. He is not one of only 2 top guys on a team like Dallas anymore. He is now on a top Original 6 team with tough fans and a lot of depth. Hopefully he finds some chemistry with Bergeron which looks like he has pre injury. I think Marchand is butt hurt about though and is basically sulking on that third line with Kelly as his center.

Yep, I had some great Eriksson offers in the preseason, most had me adding 2mil or so. Maybe I should have taken them, but no point in dwelling.
