Averaged 15:44 time on ice a night with 1040 faceoffs makes you a center
Just because you take the faceoff doesn't mean you're a center. He takes the faceoff and then plays the wing after the puck is dropped.. not really a tough concept.Topher wroteCOLONIm sorry a guy that takes 1040 faceoffs is not a winger please get real
You get real...You've been in the league like what...3 months? That's not even long enough to have an opinion....Topher wroteCOLONIm sorry a guy that takes 1040 faceoffs is not a winger please get real
It's strategy, this is fantasy.. it gives those "plug" type 4th line wingers added value and brings another dimension to the league. IMO, if we're wanting that to happen, we're opening a big can of worms I don't really want to get into. Who's to determine who's a center? You? I mean, is David Steckel a C? Craig Adams? Eric Nystrom? umm.. I'm sure there are dozens of guys in this league that get a good number of FOWs from the wing and how can we possibly regulate that?Topher wroteCOLONin this league he should be considered a center becaquse guys have players moved due to the fact that they dont take faceoffs so they say they are wingers for league purposes so therefore park should be a center for league purposes
By your line of reasoning, and I use the term "reasoning" loosely, Steve Stamkos is a winger...He barely takes any draws and had something like 200 FOW on the season, that's only one example, there are hundreds of others out there.Topher wroteCOLONin this league he should be considered a center becaquse guys have players moved due to the fact that they dont take faceoffs so they say they

Ignorance does not preclude one from having an opinion, sheer stupidity on the other hand does...Topher wroteCOLONKareem you havent even grown hair on your balls i dont give a fuck how long i have been in the league if ignorant little bastards like you can have an opinion then i sure as hell can.
This is the exact point I made above lol.. I think Toph follow what we're getitng at.MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONBy your line of reasoning, and I use the term "reasoning" loosely, Steve Stamkos is a winger...He barely takes any draws and had something like 200 FOW on the season, that's only one example, there are hundreds of others out there.Topher wroteCOLONin this league he should be considered a center becaquse guys have players moved due to the fact that they dont take faceoffs so they say they

Are you aware of how many players would be affected if we were to base positions solely off of Face offs? I'm guessing not, let me give you an idea, if we were to make Park a C, than the following also need to be switched,
Dave Steckel
Steve Begin
David Backes
Henrik Zetterberg
Patrik Sharp
Patrick Elias
Claude Giroux
Craig Adams
Dustin Penner
And those are just the wingers that come off the top of my head...The centers who could switch under that line of reasoning are limitless...There are so many listed C's that get next to no faceoffs (Oshie, Krejci, Brassard as examples). There is a reason highly profitable fantasy sites, as well as NHL.com don't list the above players as Centers...
You don't need to be a genius to identify an idiot...Topher wroteCOLONThe point is i know u thrive on some immature shit but being over the top ignorant is just ridiculous after a while and I love how you want to call me an idiot what gives you the right to judge intelligence because if you had any you wouldn't have to try so hard to be above anybody.
Porbably, but it's still raining outside...Raptactics wroteCOLONI think Toph follow what we're getitng at
I'm glad to see you've learned the error in your ways.Topher wroteCOLONAnd as me and Scott talked about in an IM I get that point and I understand when it is explained in a mature way.

We have a system, we use LEGIT sites as proof for eligibility.. if you have a C where CBS has listed as a winger.. well, lucky you!
Oshie does play center...Marleau has dual eligibilty...Yahoo and ESPN in particulaur are paid to get it right, I can tell you from participating in various leagues in both they have the posisition changed almost instanteously, I believe the rule is 7 GP or more at one posisition, and you recieve dual eligibilty for at least 3 months.facey wroteCOLONwell... i've encouraged people from day 1 to get their players listed properly... as simple as watching the hockey game
i have no clue if it was park that beat me kareem.. but, that's so far behind me, i was out of the playoffs already... was a nice comeback you made one me, brag about it all you want.. but to suggest i have a grudge from it is dumb.
grioux is as much a winger as richards is ...from game 30 right through the end of the playoffs...
you keep saying these sites are paid to keep this info up to date. sheer bs. they keep their stats up to date... they still list marleau as a C... they still list oshie as a C
watch the game (my god its hard not to swear at your sometimes kareem... i know u watch the games, and i know u watch him take draws and play the majority of his shifts in the position of a centre).... because it means you don't get this loop-hole leg up.... you'll raise hell
lucky for you the other guy (aside from yourself) who gets his way is on your side. moot point i guess... doesn't mean i like it.... or think that its right....
