Fair Deals Steve wroteCOLONi just read that the Swedish league isn't allowing that guy boston just signed to play in the NHL.

He said he'd refuse to ever play for Sweden again, let me look for a link, just read it on my phone.

Yea, the IIHF agreed and so did his team plus he signed a contract with boston and has confirmed he is not playing in WC so SIHF is not going to have any ground. They are just looking stupid.

What are your guy thoughts??

Would always like my guys to sign for cheaper, but anyone that has watched him this year knows he's been awesome for the Wings, big big saves, .920ish sv% is normal - typical of Red Wing tenders he gives them the saves when they are needed. GAA (2.3ish iirc) IMO is inflated because of less than expected defence of the Wings post-Lidstrom. Jakub Kindl, Brendan Smith, Kyle Quincey & Ian White have all been notable disappointments. Jonathan Ericsson has been solid - Brian Lashoff up and down play to be expected with his age. This leaves Kronwall to do all the heavy lifting defensively, I know it would help me if DDe can complete a the top 4 to give them a stable big minute group.

Jose Reyes injured? No that doesn't sound right, he's an ironman is he not. This is why the Jays got all the super star players from the Marlins, they all have issues, and Reyes' happens to have trouble staying healthy.
