Andrej Sustr (the 6'8" steal of the waiver draft) is fielding offers from NHL teams. Could be in the NHL soon.

I was going to take him as he was available but i took DeKeyser. I would not be surprised if he is signed as well. Hot commodity.

From what I've read on Sustr, he's average defensively. He won't have (as much) of a high and size advantage in the NHL. Don't think he translates well.

We conducted the 2012 waiver draft this January (2013) because of the lockout. The 2013 would happen (I assume) in either September or October prior to the 2013-14 season. The waiver draft has become something we do just before a season starts...that's why we delayed it during the lockout.
