By the way, I did send Welchie a PM to advise him his time on the clock is coming up starting this afternoon.
I’ve got him on text Scott. What time is his pick available?

DApolloS wroteCOLONI considered Mann for my 1st pick at 11 and then forgot about him at 19 and had my sights on someone else.
If I kept 10 Mann was my pick

PM'd Fraser but he's not been around for a couple weeks. Good thing he's got the night timeslot.

Again, if someone in one of the other leagues can contact the Arizona GM (tMussolini) as he hasn't been online in close to a month. I believe he is in the other fantasy leagues although not sure his usernames in those leagues.

It looks like he's gone dark at ADHL as well. He's not been on there in a while.

We're onto our abbreviated 2nd round...

You guys will have a fair amount of time to prune your roster of extra contracts ahead of roster submission (October 4).

Free agent claims will begin the day after this draft is completed. The claim window would begin at noon (Eastern). Remember, you can't claim any free agents if you're already at or over 50 contracts.

I like the Rydahl pick this late, seems like one of the more likely players to get NHL games this year.

Free agents need to be NHL-signed players, correct?

correct, so when you post your FA pick, you MUST post how many contracts that puts you at.

Thanks for bringing that up, Dave.

Here's the full rules that are also posted in the free agent claim thread:

Shoalzie wroteCOLONFree Agent Claim Rules
* Claims (NHL signed, un-owned) will be limited to one per 24-hour period. The 24-hour period meaning once a valid claim is posted, the next claim can't come before 24 hours after that claim.
* Teams with 50 or more contracts can't claim a free agent. Contract drops can only occur ahead of the roster submission deadline.
* Unowned NHL-signed players become available as free agents; however, after rosters submission, those still eligible for the 2023 Entry Draft will join the pool of players reserved for it.
