Kadri is younger, cheaper, and just as talented without the attitude concerns. Not to mention that Ribeiro has terrible real life trade value.

A league source told The Salt Lake Tribune on Friday that the NBA denied a request by the NBA Players Association (NBPA) to meet Sunday in New York for a last-minute collective bargaining agreement conference.

The source said that the league would only hold the meeting if the NBPA agreed to a preconditioned 50-50 split of basketball-related income (BRI). When the union asserted that it would go no lower than 53-47, the NBA denied the meeting request.

why the fuck every league doesnt do 50 50 is beyond me. fuck them all. im so sick of this shit.

im also in washington DC and drunk so whatever. had to settle for watching an old flames game at the bar.. why the flames and not the capitals was weird to me.. especially since im living in calgary but in washington at the moment.

I don't actually want to get better. Seriously. I live in Calgary. There's 8 inches of snow there right now. Drinking is the only thing that keeps us warm. There's a liquor store pretty much on every street corner.

We had a platinum membership to the Liquor store in the Sunridge Mall parking lot. The NE was interesting living in. The old gettobird would buzz our apts at night. Lots of shady characters. Some good memories there. None better than my good friend and roommate at 9 am after dropping some you know what at about 4 am, decided it would be good to take the guitar and amp outside and crank on some metallica full blast in his underwear. This is 9 am in the parking lot of a densely populated area. Legendary.
