Nhlpas last offer was 54% dropping to 52%.
Nhls Last offer offer was 49% dropping to 47%

5% gap.

Difference is Nhlpa wants a cap at 52% if revenues drop after 3 years, and a ceiling at 57% if revenues increase.

Just have a system that works, for all the teams, not just the great markets. Also stop having a gate driven league in markets that can't provide the gate drive (aka PHX, FLR, etc). If you want the players to be 50/50...that means they have a greater say than currently in the placement/relocation of teams.

Their current contracts were signed under a 57% revenue share. They have to spend that much.

I personally doubt we'll be seeing rollbacks or any large increases in escrow under the new system.
If the cap drops, teams will be given a window for Amnesty Buyouts to get there systems in order.

A roll back impacts players making the minimum as much as it does the players who make the max.

Both sides are retarded rich fucks and the fans will continually be screwed by all of this.
