I've called suspensions for my fav players in the past, in this case I believe it's being very over-blown.

If he didn't have helmet on, and Shea leaned into the shove... Ye issues... More then a major or w/e your in game fine is.

Talkin intent? What's the intent in a fight? In kesler nutting stoll, Or thea hit that Richards threw on burrows last night... This was a battle that went to far, but not a suspension IMO.

In 99% of hockey fights, you have two willing combatants.

You were talking about intent. They are trying to put their own first through the other guys face.

Shea was responding to having his own face put into the glass, much much harder then he returned the favor. Ref deemed
the hit was clean enough, but it was def more risk of injury then the retaliation.

"non-hockey" plays happen every shift... Now an over-used description; This was Heated battle, which is a hockey play, IMO. a dirty one, that it turns out I see he's been fined for.

zetterberg pushes him from behind so it warrants him punching him in the back of the head then smashes his head in the glass? i agree that it isn't as bad as fans are making it out to be because zetterberg made questionable contact as well, but i'm not sure how you can't suspend weber 1 game

+1 exactly how I feel. Im honestly shocked that there isnt a one game suspension here.... Bet if it was Klein he'd have gotten a game.. just sayin

I still think we can get past LAK without Daniel but not Chicago, Detroit or St. Louis.

Skilled,classy, etc... but heartless... same reason why Leaf fans struggle to get behind Kessel.
