But I think people would rather overpay for young stud like Edler then a old stud like Turco

All subjective really.

Going into the year with 6 other D and adding Edler will not have as much impact as going in with shit goalies and a good offense and adding Turco.

Turco off the block. Some really good offers put out there, I'm just not in a position to trade him with Khabi's future uncertain, Toskala probably going to the SEL and Gerber playing in the AHL. I might consider moving him for a signed NHL goalie and young, good forward, but for now, I'll retain him.
