Man, I feel very lucky to get out of this 2 day crapshoot 8-5-3 after being down so many men and only having 1 goalie start. Seems like every other team in here had at least 6 or 7 guys going Monday and i had 3. Tough to come back from a bad start in one day. This 2 day thing needs to be changed next year. Has too big of an impact on too many teams. If the first week can be expanded, this 2 day ASB week should be merged also.

This week was definitely not that fun, tomorrow could ruin some points for me too, DET vs MTL... pretty unlikely Howard repeats a 1GAA, so I have little to gain (SO/SV% if >.963) and some to lose (GAA) on the start. But Kane officially placed on IR, Jagr out all week, Frolik scratches (Bickell in!), Tangradi scratched... Currently the red names on Jamie Benn, Evander Kane, James van Reimsdyk, Jaromir Jagr really hurt my offence, not like the longer term injury to Green or McNabb really helps that situation out either. I should probably be thankful the week was short versus KyleG.

Week 20 Kareem; I hope we have two healthy, 18 skaters + goalie lineups with near equal GP to set the bar before the playoffs. Will really let me know my chances if the same can happen the week after versus the periphery beast Islanders and the week before versus Mikey's Maple Leafs, or Laughs, I always forget which one it is.

One day I'll be healthy, and like the real life penguins, not really sure what it'll look like for the rest of the league!!!!! bum bum bummmm!!!! Pure sarcasm/joke.

5 weeks until playoffs...pretty soon the push for final spots and sorting out the seating will begin!

I got two strong starts out of Dubnyk but King Henrik's shutout trumps that...there's 4 wins to Chad right there. With him having Bertuzzi going tonight, I have to imagine we won't be tied anymore in SOG and possibly PIM after tonight. He's up by 5 in +/-...don't expect the Wings be taking a beating tonight by the Habs and since Bert plays with Datsyuk...no way will they take a -5 tonight.
