For the third team, Pavelski was 6th in ESTOI/G, that is not "3rd line."

Pavelski is the second best center on the team, and it has been proven time and time again...JTFR, you were wrong, Pavelski was second among all Sharks forwards in FOT in the playoffs, 64 more than Couture (in only 18 games). I am unsure why you and Nick believe Couture will be centering the second line (ES) over Pavelski? It was an experiment the Sharks tried a month into last season, and never since. The numbers bear that out quite clearly.

I watched the Sharks play the Wings for 7 games...he played 3rd line center with Wellwood and Mitchell. Marleau-Thornton-Setoguchi and Clowe-Couture-Heatley were the top 2 lines. It is possible to be a 3rd liner and post top 6 minutes when in late game situations, he'd fine himself on the ice in crunch time because of his ability to score timely goals and win faceoffs. However, for the majority of 5-on-5 shifts, McLellan had him center the third line because Couture elevated himself up to the second line.

I just find it humorous how Kareem ignores what I (and Bryan) say in order to make and argument, and eventually talks himself into the exact point we made.

Can be as clear as you want, but when the kid's PMSing there is no avoiding it.
