You are usually very objective but in this situation you are way off base man. Put time thinking about it. And not only that. The CC deserves to be able to do its job without you pulling rank. I 100% agree shiv. This is why I quit the CC before, that and the Mash thing. I actually feel that Mike has made the proper choice as the past rulings have all been in favor of fining right away and the only time they have been allowed to find picks is when they didnt have them to start with. The rule doesn't state either way (for fining right away or on draft) so there is no point in arguing that fact. Although I agree with mikes ruling this should definatly be a CC decision. There is a reason that the CC is in place as it is meant to avoid personal vendettas and to provide and overal feeling for what the league wants. I personally think this needs to be voted on despite the fact that will then make the ruling opposite of what I think is just.

My last point is could everyone please air this in the CC thread to avoid this blowing up? People keep talking about for the good of the league but this should be kept a CC discussion for the good of the league imo lol.

I no longer have access to the CC thread as I have quit the CC. Which is why I made the post directed at mike here.

I absolutely fucking hated that guy...But he was active as hell, have you asked him whether he would consider rejoining this league? Would make one hell of an addition, and I feel we are more stable now than we were before.

The issue we had last time was over power, I wanted it, he had it. The organization is more stable now, and frankly I don't care about power half as much as I did then, my main focus is beating Kyle and Scott. IF my being around is really an issue, tell him to message me, I have no problem with letting bigons be bigons, so to speak. It was a stupid situation, and one I'm not particularly proud of. The main thing is that Ryan would add another elite member to this league, so if you don't mind I would appreciate if you asked him.
