I don't know if the site allows for reseeding after the 1st round and if we can tell the bracket to take the two division winners and lock them into the top 2 seeds in each conference.

What I'd hope is next year we won't have weird things happen to our regular season such as the Olympic break not happening and we had to reshuffle our schedule around the assorted Covid-related issues from this season.

In theory, we should be able to schedule the first 21 weeks/periods as our regular season and then have the playoffs start after that. If we can get the site to run the bracket for us, great...but it's not a true bracket because of reseeding, then we end up having to run the playoffs ourselves.
I manually enter matchups for each round in IIFHL with no problem

not sure if you can see this not being a GM in IFFHL, but this is what I do.

Best opportunity for you to make up the difference in Hits: kolesar out for the remainder of the season.

The only notable thing about last night's lone game was Debrincat scored but Anaheim has a pretty healthy lead on goals right now.

I didn't realize they actually had one last game (Seattle-Winnipeg) on Sunday after no games on Saturday. No huge edge on remaining GP...a lot of games to be played over the next few days.

You're in the home stretch now...good luck to you both, great matchup so far.

Really needed that, I’d say it’s like 50/50 right now for who wins.

Since Matt has "home ice" in this matchup...all he needs to do is flip two of Matthew's winning categories. Matt needs to win at least one of them.

Two wins would win the matchup outright and a win and a tie would win the matchup via tiebreaker (7-7-2). Obviously, if Matt can get another goalie win and take that category, then he'd need to just flip one of Matthew's categories to make it 8-8 and win that way.

Matthew is in a good spot right now but I wouldn't count out the champ yet. Matthew just needs to maintain his leads but Matt certainly has multiple paths where he can pull this out. Both of you have 35 possible skater GP remaining...plenty of hockey left. I think there's more categories Matt can catch Matthew in than there are categories that I feel Matthew won't likely be caught.

It's also the time of the year where some top players get rested so we will see if there are some unexpected scratches. Cernak and Gudas both went down last game, advantage Matthew as Gudas is the superior blocker and PIM taker which are two of the stats I have a real chance at overtaking.

Pts, STP, PIMs, blocks, FOW, SOG, +- and goalie Ws are the stats that I'd say are still undecided. Matthew leads in 5, I lead in 2 and one is tied.

The Murphy injury really hurts as I think he was the league leader in blocks when he went down. I kept going back and forth between dressing Borgen or Stillman and might have made the wrong decision.

If you had to flip 3 or 4 categories to win rather only 1 or 2...I'd tell Matthew to start planning the parade. I still give you a puncher's chance because not every category is out of reach. Obviously, you'd rather be ahead right now than hope for a big rally. I'll certainly give credit where credit is due...Matthew has a team capable of maintaining this lead and he may even pull further ahead in those categories that appear to be close now.

Bruyns has a good skater gp advantage coming down the stretch.

35 gp each, but only 1 goalie gp for him to my 4, and I lose 2gp because kolesar is done. So right there it's 34gp to 29gp. Depending what happens with cernak/gudas that difference could increase or fall. But currently a 5gp difference could certainly make it easy for him to catch me in points/block.

That being said I'm likely to get 2 goalie starts for sure given b2bs, and he May not get any since the final game for Toronto is a throw away game. So good chance I get the win category.

If I get W and he gets blocks and points it's 8-8 though, so I'll need to hold onto something.

Swayman getting the start Friday night vs toronto. Will be interesting, exciting and nerve crushing to have our goalies face off on essentially the final night in a close matchup.
