You need to re-post this now. Waivers begin at noon eastern time. You were too early.

Also, waivers are not first come first serve. It's the team with the top current waiver priority who makes a claim gets the player.

Also, you cannot place a player who is eligible for waivers into the minors if you pick them up off waivers. You must resend that player through waiver if you want to send them to the minors.

Lastly, you must post the number of current NHL contracts you own for your claim to be eligible.

I can repost but unless you guys use different rules I can claim back a player I lost less than 30 days ago and immediately place them in the minors?

We're not that sophisticated. If a player has to clear waivers to go to the minors, they have to clear first...there's no time limit to go back on waivers after they've been previously claimed.

You waived him previously. Tony and I put in claims...I had higher priority so I got him and I put him on my active roster.

He was sent to the minors by the Sharks so I wanted to waive him to send him down. He's got until tomorrow at noon to clear. If you claim him, he has to be on your active roster even if you owned him previously.

Only players that clear waivers are free to go to the minors.

I think TOR should have first dibs to re-claim him, but he would still need to clear waivers if you wanted to send him down.
