so what's the penalty for being late/missing?

Our week 1 lineup doesn't need to match our preseason does it? Cuz some of the guys I submitted at submission on roster were sent to minors.

Hate to say it but we've not enforced penalties for late roster submissions. I thought issued a warning for removal or maybe docked a team a draft pick. Since there's no rule on the books...I just hope more teams just did their work and got it done on time.

Overall, we did well...26 or 27 were in as of last night. Don't know what to make of Mark's (CHI) choice to refuse to submit his roster.

Lol I got fined one year for being 30 mins late, but I guess we don't do that anymore

I'm taking what he's got on his sheet and putting that on waivers at noon. We can't have that kind of thing go on. I know he took over for Shiv after the start of the season but we wouldn't allow that from anyone, let alone a newer GM.

Do I need to manually input week 1? my roster will be the same as submission

Who are the 4 teams that haven't submitted? We can't put entire teams on waivers...

After today, I'll volunteer to fill out your sheets each week if you don't plan to make changes. Yes, that's one inconvenience for you guys is that each weekly sheet is blank. I'm sure some of you can point other things about it as inconvenient.

Steve hasn't officially posted his roster but his sheet is filled out and has a legal lineup and has a couple players that need to clear waivers.

As I said with Chicago...I'll take what's on his sheet and use it.

All 31 teams will participate in waivers today (if necessary).

I think your message put a few people's noses out of joint. I know the NHL rosters aren't final until tomorrow night but we just everyone now to be at point where they have a legal lineup. We don't do check-ups on rosters during the summer.

I just thought it was odd that we are basing our rosters on the NHL lineups, but have to submit before knowing the NHL team lineups... I understand that the season starts on Wednesday, but I assumed we would have until then to make our roster compliant.

Once you mentioned that it was only an intermediary, it made more sense. Still would have preferred more time because I still don't know the injury status of several of my players. Of course my depth is garbage so I don't have anyone good going on waivers... but I can see this being tough for some people.

Neither does anyone else. Which is why the system works. The system breaks down when someone expects the system to bend around them or they think they are the exception.

I say this as someone who submitted late. I know the world revolved around me.
