Thx guy's for the vote of confidence. Before I had trouble making a deal and get player such as Doan and even Drury.
But now I get Elite players and I'm getting offer left and right.

I'd say he has done more of a 90. Made some early mistakes that still hurt him but has made some great deals of late that have really helped his team turn it around.
