I think Kessel is in this conversation, I would personally take him over Parise, Nash and Perry.

If you didn't I would question your sanity. Kessel is a superior offensive player.

Is Bergeron better than Stamkos?
I completely disagree with this. There is a reason Lucic is so highly regarded in real life, there are like one or two players who play that way in the entire NHL!
Lucic is very different from Kunitz or Hartnell though… perhaps he does belong in the top 30, as you're right he is a very rare player...personally i find he's a non-factor in too many games.

1 of those makes my top 5. Maybe 2.

I mostly agree but swap sending with parise

There is no way Sedin isnt a top 5 active winger in our time no matter how much bias you might have against the twins. Of the 5 only 3 of them even sniffed the 100+ pt mark

Doesn't count ... the twins rely on each other for production

... plus they're ginger ... gross

Most accurate ranking. I would put Parise as the honourable mention

Seguin could be on that list too imo, I'd drop nash for him

Kovalchuk is a traitor

Still can't believe I lost him in his prime to the khl. So upsetting it still actually pisses me off.
