If you believe what Elliotte had to say (on the podcast)...the Caps may be in on Kuemper. That rumor would make sense if they are pushing Samsonov out the door.

RFA with QO required, artbitration rights , they projected him to get like 3-3.5million. couldn't afford that and Keumper
