Did people think Parayko was going to be on the top PP? It was Pietrangelo at the end of the season and in the playoffs right?

Parayko's best attribute is shooting pucks into shinguards anyways. A powerplay specialist he is not.

Parayko wasnt on the top pp last year either. He's an even strength specialist. Only had 8 pp points last season.
