He is arbitration eligible but I suspect he signs for a big deal in New York, he'll have the role he wanted and never got in Winnipeg and it's a much nicer place to live. I doubt he's going to get a better situation elsewhere

He will be there top pair RD shutdown guy but idk if he gets the role he wants with shatty still being there who’s only real value comes from the PP. We will have to see how it all shakes out

In part because Wpg has refused to give him the huge deal he's been looking for. If they had just paid him in the 1st place it wouldn't have come to this. Ultimately if they weren't going to pay him they should have moved him a long time ago.

Braun is better than Amac though... And yes, the Blues dmen are good, but the Flyers have the potential to have a deep group as well (Myers, Sanheim, Provorov, Morin, Hagg). All big and can move the puck (some better than others). Throw in a few decent-ish vets like Nisk and Braun and the core looks good.

Personally I would keep Ghost to run the PP. A lethal PP is way too important these days. Boston does not make it to the cup finals without their deadly PP.
