Shep is a great guy to have in the league...of course he'd be welcomed back. I told him how fortunate we are right now to have a good group of GMs right now. This is probably most stable this league has been for a while.

If an opportunity to replace another GM doesn't come up and he still is interested in the Seattle gig...he's as qualified as anyone to be that guy.

Well if he does stay interested throughout, until the new expansion draft comes around, that would be at least a good sign his renewed interest is not going to be on/off a la Shiv
